Registation:

Please register through this Peatix page by August 29. Note that this is part of ICServ 2014. Participants need to register for the conference.

Time: Sept 14 14:30-18:30

Location: Room3 (KMD S01)

Co-organizers: Birgit Mager, Stephen Kwan, Yuriko Sawatani, Yutaka Yamauchi

This workshop will be held as part of ICServ program. Through interactive discussions, this workshop aims at assessing the current research status on service innovation and design and drawing a map of research priorities. We will also have fun *designing* this map. We are lining up an excellent panel of participants!

Participants are requested to prepare one slide on challenges for Service Innovation and Design, i.e., future goal and knowledge gap between the goal and the current status of research on Service Innovation and Design and make a brief (e.g., 2min) presentation at the workshop. We will ask participants to share the slide on Facebook group beforehand.
